Privacy Policy — Never Have I Ever

1 Overview

Never Have I Ever ("the App") is designed with your privacy in mind. We collect minimal data and do not sell your personal information to third parties.

2 Data We Collect

No account required. The App works fully offline and never asks you to sign up or log in.
Local storage only. Your settings (theme, language, premium status) are stored on your device only. This data never leaves your device.
Purchase data. If you subscribe, your purchase is handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store your payment details. Purchase verification may go through RevenueCat, which has its own privacy policy.
Crash reports. Anonymous crash data may be collected by the platform (iOS/Android) to help us fix bugs. This contains no personally identifiable information.

3 Advertising

Free users may see banner advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. These networks may use anonymous identifiers (e.g. IDFA/GAID) to show relevant ads, subject to your device's ad tracking preferences. Premium subscribers see no ads.

4 Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

5 Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:

Apple App Store / Google Play — for in-app purchases
RevenueCat — for subscription management
Google AdMob — for serving advertisements to free users

6 Data Retention

All data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the App. We have no server-side copy of your data.

7 Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is nothing to request, correct, or delete remotely. If you have concerns about purchase data, please contact Apple or Google directly regarding your App Store account.

8 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in an updated version of the App. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
