Welcome to WebPlus Services AS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Overview

WebPlus Services provides IT support and web development services to service type businesses, including but not limited to:

2. Service Packages

We offer the following service packages:

  TechCare: Proactive IT management with support and monitoring

  TechScale: Comprehensive IT solutions for larger organizations

3. Payment Terms

• • All prices are in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated
• • Invoices are issued monthly in advance
• • Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date
• • Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Norwegian Interest Act

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Our SLA outlines the level of service you can expect:

  Response Times: Varies by package (1-24 business hours)

  Uptime Guarantee: 99.9% for managed services

  Support and Maintenance:Support and maintenance included in the packages (TechCare and TechScale)

5. Data Protection

We comply with the Norwegian Personal Data Act and GDPR. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Intellectual Property

• • We retain all rights to our proprietary tools, systems, and frameworks
• • Clients retain ownership of their data, content, and any custom assets provided by them

  Ownership Terms by Package:

  • • TechStart (One-time Payment): Full ownership of the developed website transfers to the client upon final payment
  • • TechCare/TechScale (Monthly Subscription): WebPlus Services retains ownership of the website while the subscription is active. Full ownership can be transferred as per the terms of the subscription agreement
• • Custom developments are licensed to the client according to the terms of their selected package

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Norwegian law, WebPlus Services AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

• • Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice
• • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• • Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
